We proudly present our signature menu, taking you on a culinary journey back in time to Pre-War Warsaw. It was a time of great unrest but also a period of discoveries in the realms of art, cabaret, and gastronomy. Back then, travelers, artists, and scholars from all over the world would gather in the “Paris of the North,” creating an extraordinary, vibrant tapestry of the city. The Nowy Świat area and its surrounding streets formed its beating heart.
Here, in restaurants, bars, theaters, and even within the very building where we now have the pleasure of hosting you, most of the cultural events took place. To best capture the spirit of those remarkable years on your plates, our Chef drew inspiration from the book “Universal Cookbook” by Marya Ochorowicz-Monatowa, awarded at the “Hygienic” Exhibitions in Warsaw in 1910 and 1926. Combining this historical influence with his extensive experience in merging culinary traditions from around the world, he has created a menu that embodies a style both old and refreshingly modern.
